		<description>Probably not much. The news is loaded with stories about foreclosed properties going to auction and no one even bids on them. I&#039;ve seen houses in Detroit, Chicago and Philly go for $500 and under that even. 

If you could find something like that in a commercial location, you&#039;re good to go. You might have to spend a lot on bars for the windows and bullet proof glass thouth. ;o)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
