i wanna re-do my whole style (wardrobe) urban. good place to start?

so i’m planning on coming back to school with a whole new look thats more urban-outfitters/h&m look. but u.o is expensive, and i don’t have $80 4 a pair of jeans. does anyone have a suggestion where to start?

try forever 21, it may not be urban but they have some stuff like h&m
