		<description>See if there are any green spaces around like parks, schools, golf courses etc. SOme times there are tracks by rivers.

I lived in London for a while and I had to take the tube to some green parks. Bit of a hassle though. 

Running around your neighbourhood on the pavement is ok, but it is better on asphalt rather than concrete. Go exploring with your runs. 

There may be other runners in clubs nearby who may be able to help, or even run with.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;30 years running</description>
