Dallas birthday restaurant ideas?

hey everyone,
I am wanting to go out to eat with a group of friends for my birthday (20) in downtown or uptown dallas. We want a place thats nice/upscale but still trendy- not a formal place yet still classy. No clubs etc Just a nice restaurant thats maybe ‘urban chic’. Could you help me come up with some great places?!

I would say Magic Time Machine. Its kinda pricey..but not to terribly bad. And big parties like that usually get ALOT of attention and its cool cuz the waiters dress up like characters and whatnot..and its a really fun enviroment :)

    another good one is cuba libre its on henderson… really good food great atmosphere… the website below will give you everything you need to know about the restaurant
