dreams can come true? myths and urban legends?

hi i’m a doing a psychology project, but i’m doing something a bit different can anybody tell me if there are any places in the world or supposed mystic people that can grant any wishes true. myths and urban legends, with the same principal of a genie but a bit more difficult and with more meaning. i have herad of the myth of three coins in a fountain, and wishing upon a lucky or shooting star. but are there any others that people know off and have heard about?. i thought it would be intresting when i heard people talk about weird and strange things that people experience i.e. deja-vu, hypnosis and mind control, fates etc. nothing to do with dreams. but it was then asked the question can dreams be granted, and not the most commons dreams like i wish i was rich or cure diseases, but other things. anyway my question was does nybody know of other myths and urban legends of places or people who can grant wishes and dreams true?

I don’t know about dreams being granted, but science thinks there may be something called pre-cognitive dreams in which one dreams about something that will happen. When President Kennedy was assassinated, hundreds and hundreds of people had dreams about something happening to him. It is believed that during sleep some people can tap into the universal unconscious and can get a general feeling of what may happen.

As to a place that feels strange, Sedona, Arizona supposedly has something called vortexes that allow people to do some unique things, but again, I have never seen, read or heard anything that suggests a physical truth.

As to a dream being granted, I have never heard or read about such an occurrence, until now, with your question. Good luck in finding your information.

You’re looking for the stories about dreams coming true based on who or what granted it? How about dreams predicting promotions and raises, giving you directions to places you’ve never been, or other illogical and improbable events in which one has no idea where it came from? Do the stars and planetary influences, and the bumps on your head count? Exactly what are the parameters of your search? I once drove into Steamboat Springs, Colorado and knew exactly where to go without ever having been there before. No, I didn’t have a map or driving directions, I just knew. Go figure.

Sometimes dreams come true. Those dreams you see in the early morning comes true. You are aware of the circumstances and your problems. The sub conscious mind continues its search for solutions and some times they give good solution ,which you may implement ,unknowingly, and the dream becomes true.
There are certain powers you can acquire to grant wishes. It requires a lot of meditation and years of effort.I have been meditating and trying to acquire these powers for the past 14 years.Yet I am unable to perfect it.I have granted wishes orally to many people some people got it,some failed. The success ratio is about 60 percent. How these granting of wishes become true I do not know. But often it becomes true.
If you want to learn please contact Yogoda Sath Sangha Society (Ranchi-India) or their nearest branch. The course is called "Self Realisation Fellowship".It was established by Saint Yogananda Pramahamsa. You read his "Autobiography of a Yogi"
Another case of people granting wishes is by saint Arunchala Swamigal of Palani(Tamil Nadu,India) through post.He had big list of followers.A few wishes granted by him to me came true.He is no more .But his disciple Natchimuthu Swami is continueing the work. But he is not so popular.
