And where should I buy my clothes, how should I do my hair, how should I do my makeup, and how should my personality be to become popular?

I’m 14 and my favorite store is Zumiez. I also shop at Wet Seal, [sometimes] Hollister, and Forever 21.
For make up i would suggest just keep it natural and not too goddy/flashy; simple thin eye liner on top and bottom of eyes, mascara, a good eye shadow color that fits you (i use a kind that’s in a way liquid but still solid and glimery) blush–but ONLY on cheek bones, a liquid foundation after that for all around the face. and your make up should be good 
for hair if you have it up, be sure to make it loose; I’ve found if it’s too tight it’s really not flattering. if you have bangs, a nice choppy (not over kill) slanted style is my favorite and pretty much every girl has it.
Also to make your hair fuller and more vibrant I use Aussie 3 minute deep cleanse and mousse to put more volume to it. And also adding accents like headbands or fun clips puts a good style to it.
being popular isn’t too important, people are lucky to just have friends but if you want to be more noticed, try out for sports, be more talkative and be sure to do nice small things for people like opening the door for them, complimenting them, etc..

Hair: umm idk down and straight or scrunched, high/messy/cute pony tail

Personality: Don’t be a wannabe/poser. People will find you a lot cooler if you just don’t care about what other people think and do what you want. That’s what makes popular people so popular.

I tryed to be popular, bought "designer" clothes, talked the ay a popular kid should talk, etc. It got me no where.
Then i tried being myself. I got tons of friends, and was wayy more poular then i ever was "trying"

I just turned 13 yesterday and I shop at abercrombie hollister forever 21 delias American eagle. And vs pinko for makeup I wear eye liner mascara and a little shimmer eye cream. I have curly hair and I straiten it but I like it curly too. Also make sure you just wash your face. Be yourself and complement the popular people also have a party and invite them. They will come

Typically, alot of girls use hair straightener and alot of us have bangs, me i have side bangs!!!!!
Make-up…. nothing alot you dont want to wear foundation or lip stick, really tacky for 13 year olds,
Just curl your lashes, then apply mascara,lip glosss (keep one on you at all times)! andthat’ss pretty much it.
As for thepopularityy thing, just be your self and try to be a bubbly and talkative as you can… talk to every one and you will make alot of friends!!!!!
