What is the best place to live for a psychology career (for a project, not for me)

What is the best place that has a better chance at getting a job, whether private or group. RURAL, URBAN, or METROPOLITAN areas?

Rural, areas of maximum isolation (atleast out of the three) creates great psychological analytical projects. The mind will create its own escapism when left on its own.

Just to add as are you asking about getting a job or just a project you want to carry out? I thought on first read it was to do a project on psychological studies, in that case rural areas as I said people who are somewhat isolated make great case studies. However if you are looking for work, then In the UK we refer to areas as suburbs, this are areas just outside the cities. These are the best places to find work as most people who live in these areas work in the city. With the stress of city and daily life on the increase these people need someone to turn to so I imagine demand in such areas for psychologists is quite high.
