Urban Place

Ive recently wayched some videos on youtube and didnt see the urban place i had it was like a city with streets and roads and everything can some one please telll me how to do this?

well, lots of patterns can be found only with welbm, or sumthing like that, the hungry walrus that walks around. the rarer the fruit, the rarer the pattern, and he has sum pattern with that look.\
but u mite have been watchin a video of animal crossing city folk

   Animal Crossing Wild World does not have a city.
   Animal Crossing Wild world is the DS version of Animal crossing with no city.
   Animal Crossing City Folk on the other hand does have a City according to the name…
