I’m an author but I don’t write fiction like that; they come into my non-fiction books as facts. Evil resides in a house that is old and has been left vacant a long while. And evil sticks to objects as well, like the witch’s books, and antiques and the voodoo souvenirs you buy while on holiday in say, Africa, S America and the Far East.

Fact is, Evil exists, and the Devil exists, and his demons too, and you walked into them. Nobody will side with you in your story in a secular society that tries not to show they believe in these things.

Go and buy Gabriele Amorth’s two books on Exorcism from Amazon.com and you see lots of cases similar to yours. Your eyes will be opened as to what you have been going through.

If you can go to a Catholic Church and get holy water, or get a pack of ordinary salt and get a Catholic priest to bless it, then scatter little amounts of the salt around your houses, there won’t be any more of these frightening events.

And no use telling friends about it. Even if they believe, they look sheepish and embarassed to confront issues like this and pretend to be sophisticated and tell you it was all a dream or you’ve been overworking, or you are having hallucinations.

And then your psychiatrist may have got lots and lots of reasons in high-sounding vocabulary and high-falluting language to explain it all away. If the blessed salt and water has any meaning, and can work fine, they will lose their jobs to recommend this to people.

Also go get a St Benedict’s cross from a Catholic shop, get it blessed by a Catholic priest and put somewhere around the house. It is full of Latin curses on the Devil and keeps him away. Then get a Miraculous Medal of the Blessed Virgin Mary and wear that too. If black magic exists in this world, you learn the ways of white holiness and confound the evil spirits.

Go look up the Internet for Exorcism prayers { Google Search Box: Exorcism Prayer} and say this out loud in your house too. You’ve got to show no fear and know that good is on your side.

In your personal life, everything you’ve done wrong has to be made right to be fully on the side of Right. If not, you are already in the power of the Evil Side, so where can you run to? Lots of bad things in this world are actually caused by the Evil One and his demons.

If you are Catholic, go make a confession and come back to Mass and the Sacraments. There are remedies for this kind of thing outside the Catholic Church but it is hard to find them.

Something of the same thing happened to me. I am a collector of antiquities and I bought 4 books of witchcraft at an auction. The books dated before 1800 so I prized them alot.

In the USA they are worth alot of money but I bougt them in Europe and it seemed that nobody was really interested in them. I was excited that I paid peanuts for what was worth a great deal where I come from.

I stored the books in my library and shortly afterwards mt step son (14) started acting strainge. He would not go near my library and would often take another route to go to the family room in our house.

I asked him about it on numerous occassions and he said that something is after him. I took this a childish and dismissed it at once.

He began sleeping with a light on and would wake upseveral times a night and wake his mother up. His condition would always be somewhat fieghtened.

This went on for months, but I did notice strange things around the house moved from their previous position. My mother visited the house and is spiritually connected to the church. She walked maybe 5 steps into the house and stopped. A very worried look came over her. I thought that she was having a health problem and immediately put my arm around her to sit her down. She said she must go outside to get some fresh air. My wife brought us some tea onto the porch area and my mother said to me in a very serious voice"honey you have something evil in your house". I said mom what are you talking about. She said really I cannot go in there.

I thought all of this was simply crazy. Two night later she came back with a bunch of people and they had bibles and were saying things. As they walked threw my house though, the pastor stopped right by my library and said to everyone, the evil is in her. He walked right up to the books and pointed. I said there just old books I bought at an auction. They argued with me for a long time and I agreed to move the books out of the house. I sold the books a few weeks later and it seemed that all went back to normal.

This is a true story no matter what anybody has to say about it. It really happened to me.

So my advise is there is something that is causing some sort of evil and bad things to happen around you. Research your land and house to find out if anything really bad happened there.

Find a church pastor to maybe come in and have a feel.
