You gave her some space to think and she's thanking you for that as she tries to decide what to do about you. It's obvious that she likes you simply because she hasn't said no yet, but she is unsure or she would have called you by now. What you need to do is simply call her and talk, perhaps arrange a casual get together to simply sit down and talk, take her to a dinner at a local restaurant, I'm thinking like a Chili's if you have. Just sit down and have a good time, while you're talking about your "relationship." Try and see if she knows what she wants and if she doesn't then suggest that ya'll take a step back in your "relationsip" and just easing back into and taking things slow.
