Apartments or homes to rent/lease near Tren Urbano in Puerto Rico?

Hello,
I am looking to move to PR within a year, I’d like to live very near the Urban Train(walking distance). I wonder If there are relatively safe and affordable(around $500 a month) places to rent in these areas? Whether it be Bayamon, Guaynabo, San Juan or somewhere in between, It doesnt matter to me. I LOVE PUERTO RICO!
