Where is a good place to move to in New Jersey?

Ok well were moving in August to NJ rite? but we just don’t know where yet. We as in me my mom and my sister want to move somewhere where urban like. See like if we wanna go to the mall, movies, restaurants, fast foods places, bowling etc. It wont take us but like 15, 20 minutes at the most to get there. The part of NJ also has to be 30 to 45 min away from NY by car at the most. Odds are we are moving to an townhouse or 3 bedroom apartment so we are not to worried about the cost of living. But anything will help please give me as much information as you can thanks!!! P.S also good elementary schools & high schools. Since im from NC and have no idea what the school systems are like up there.

The airport so you can get out of there as quickly as possible.

Definitely depends on your budget – not only real estate prices but property taxes are a major concern for most. Montclair, Verona, Cedar Grove are nice but expensive – Livingston, West Orange are even more so. Nutley and Bloomfield – are a little more affordable. Belleville definitely much more affordable and lots of town homes up for sale constantly. All the towns I’ve listed are within 20 minutes of many many malls, shopping areas and NYC the more expensive ones, the property can cost around a million (yes even for townhomes) and go all the way down to the low 200′s. All are much more suburban that say Jersey city or Hoboken.
