Here is how the UN ranks the top 8 countries to live in:
"Iceland, Australia, Ireland and Sweden are ranked as the second through fifth best places to live, with Canada, Japan and the United States at six, seven and eight."
I know it looks like there is a country missing, but that is cut and pasted off their site.

I know the allure to live abroad is strong. Its a huge world. But I think that telling yourself that you "won’t be happy with a job unless [you're] happy where [you] choose to live" is probably not the healthiest approach. We can live in places we don’t think we would like and still have happy successful careers.
You need to be content in your own skin before you go out looking for greener grass.
As for wanting to live someplace more green or more liberal, I have always felt, when fighting a war, you need to be on the front line. You can "be the change you want to see" by living by example.

You still have two years of college, you don’t need to sign a mortgage just yet…

All that being said there are TONS of opportunities to teach English abroad. Try that out for a year and see what you think. Try the JET program. Or ask your college advisor for other programs and opportunities.

I travelled extensively after college around the world, i recommended you do the same thing and you’ll be back home in no time.
Travel see what the world has to offer.

With a English, psych, science background, South America sounds like a good place to be if you still decide to live outside the US. You can do alot with it there the Amazon rain forest, teaching English and so on.

Also look at jobs with the Feds, like working at embassies, US Aid organizations, Peace Corps, that way you’ll get to travel and see the world at the same time.

I don't know where you want to live, but you should do a couple of things first. First, you need to figure out if you are going to teach english to people in another country. If you aren't going to do that, then you are going to have a hard time finding a job that you can use your major in. The other is to travel the world to see what you like best, like Japan, China, Africa, Europe, or something like that.

There are so many different places in America. Look around and be open minded.

Other countries, Canada, England, Holland all are liberal, with different degrees of environmental practices.

Australia is different, as well as the scandinavian countires (norway, sweden etc).
